EPOD: LOW COST STAND-IN JAMMER FOR UAVS
What we offer:
The Detectability Laboratory of the National Spanish Institute for Aerospace Technology (INTA) has developed a low cost stand-in jammer for UAVs, to evaluate weapons based on radar, under an electronic warfare scenario. A patent has been applied for and the research group is looking for licence or technical cooperation agreements.
EPOD is the first low power consumption and los cost electronic warfare system (jamming), specifically designed for UAVs and target drones.

• Trial platform for electronic countermeasures evaluation under real fire.
• Radar operator training.
What we are looking for:
INTA is looking for licence or technical cooperation agreements.
EPOD is ideal for its installation in target aircraft with medium and high performances due to the low weight of the whole system and its easy and flexible installation.
EPOD has been tested against different weapon systems, such as HAWK, ASPIDE or PATRIOT deployed by anti-aircraft units of the Spanish Army, obtaining very successful results.
